Dixit Dominus
Latest Full-length cut
Movement 1 - movement 9
Fonts
Big Caslon
Readable, simple, maybe to close to Garramond.
Berold
My favorite for body text, though it lacks font weight options (increasing boldness for readability) and will require a (hopefully small) licensing fee.
Foglihten
More script-like and less readable. Character.

(Original Treatment Proposals)
Treatment 1: Light abstractions
The idea here is to keep the visuals non-objective and use them to evoke the mood of each movement. This serves to keep the audience from getting too distracted by the visuals, and not tire them out before the main visual event after intermission.
Movement 1 - sketch
Movement 2 - sketch
Movement 7 - sketch
Movement 9 - sketch
Treatment 2: Celestial Metaphors
This idea is centered around using the sun and celestial events to underscore the texts
Movement 6 - sketch
Movement 3 - sketch
Movement 9 - sketch
Treatment 3: Stained Glass
The image below is a still of a painting (pulled from a youtube video about Dixit Dominus). The idea here is to pull images relevant to the piece, transform them into a stained glass style image, and animate them as if light is passing through them. Frames can be added (as in the second example) to place the images within an architecture.
Movement 1 - sketch
Movement 9 - sketch
Treatment 4: literal Imagery
This concept uses more literal and subjective imagery related to the texts. It is still slow and repetitive in nature but illustrates the texts using objects, people, and places.
Movement 1 - sketch
Movement 7 - sketch
Treatment 5: timelapse
Timelapse of landscapes that reflect the text.
