The choir recorded all of the pieces four vocalists at a time in isolation booths at Bunker studios.

the choir partnered with chef Lish Steiling, who curated a number of meal courses specifically paired with the season of music.

Each month, subscribers received a list of ingredients a few days in advance of the recordings of the music, and recipe and instructional video about how to assemble the course.
