About

After some formative adult years jetting around as a roadie with some high-profile rock’n’roll acts and pulling allnighters doing online edits in FCP7, I landed at a small tech agency called Rehash Studio (now Welcome Agency), where I immersed myself in a seemingly endless playground of product development. We built full tech stacks for startups, user portals for complex A/V systems, devised and implemented solutions for national retailers, and had a lot of fun doing it.

When our workload slowed in 2020, I took the opportunity to ramp up my independent video production consultancy. I use my expertise to help artists and organizations find new ways of reaching audiences and craft compelling content strategies during uncertain times. I orchestrated new avenues for content creation—such as building a multi-camera live-streaming package to connect my clients' more traditional events and performances with remote audiences. I also got pretty good at cramming content into the 9:16 aspect ratio. This chronicle is also available as a resume.

Some things I’m excited to work on this fall: retooling my live-visuals setup (maybe adding some StreamDiffsion in there), riding my bike from Cumberland, MD to Georgetown, and nabbing that Part107 certification.
